Each year, The Bohemia Fire Department recognizes a member of our community with The Edward E. Krepela Citizen of The Year Award for their exemplary service or heroic duty.

If you or your organization would like to nominate an outstanding individual for this prestigious award, please complete the application and submit it to The Bohemia Fire Department, c/o The Edward E. Krepela Citizen of The Year Committee, 950 Pearl Street, Bohemia, New York 11716.

All applications must be postmarked on or before April 30, 2010.  If your nomination is selected, your presence or a representative from your organization/family will be needed to assist in presenting this award at our Memorial Day Parade.
